May 7, 2025 Casey Arrives and Authentic Scottish Music!
Our final guest arrived today! We picked Casey Papp up at the Edinburgh Airport early in the morning and spent the rest of the day showing her the local sites so she would stay awake until evening. It's the best way to adjust to the time difference. On our walk about town, we stopped and ate lunch at Monterey Jack's and on the way back to the Airbnb, we wandered into an interesting community type building and found a calendar of local events. There was a group playing tonight that sounded promising for the Scottish music for which we had been looking. We got our tickets and walked back to town for the 8:00pm show. It was great!
