Simon arrived today! The big challenge for the new arrival is to stay awake until at least 8pm your first day to begin the adjustment period to the new time zone. We kept Simon moving just enough so he couldn't sleep. At one point in the afternoon, I heard someone shout from upstairs, "Simon is laying in his bed!" I think he was just checking his phone.
